Sensi Brands Inc. has announced its acquisition of MMG, a licensed medical cannabis cultivation in St. Thomas, and MMC, a medical cannabis clinic providing consulting and access to prescriptions for patients.

This marks the first step in building Sensi Brands Inc.’s in-house capabilities to create their own branded products, while also offering 3rd-party processing, co-packing, and tolling services to licensed producers and white-label partners.
